Job Description:

• To prepare 3D drawings in BIM/Revit format for submission & approval.
• Knowledgable in local building by-laws & regulations.
• Must be a team player and willing to lead and teach Junior Staff.

Requirements:

• ITE Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience (Those with more years of experience will be commensurated accordingly)
• Must be well-versed in BIM, Autodesk Revit, Building-by-Laws & Regulations.

• Degree in Architecture, registerable with BOA Singapore.
• Newly Registered Architects are welcome.
